New construction that includes a 9,000 square-foot sales floor, a 3,990 square-foot parts and office area and a 1,865 square-foot service garage. The ductsock in the sales floor (which is served by a 25 ton gas package unit) is customized with the company's name, a special request made by the customer. Additional gas package units include a two-zone, 7.5 ton system for the parts and office area, and a 6 ton package for the service garage.
